All our meeting rooms include: 

  • 24/7 access, 365 days of the year availability  
  • Tea/ coffee/ water 
  • Fibre High-speed secure internet 
  • Printing / scanning facility available if required 

Hire either by the hour or half-/ full-day 

We can also support with organising catering for your meeting, too.

Conference Room

Our conference room is the ideal for board meetings, small conferences, workshops, presentations, trainings and client meetings. 

This room is very versatile and adaptable to your needs as we can change seating and tables around accordingly. 

A is set up with large whiteboard and whiteboard markers as well as a projector for presentations (connect either through HDMI or VGA connection) 

Tea/ Coffee and refreshments for meeting attendees is also included. 

The space is tastefully styled with paintings by local artists and a mix of natural wood and eclectic furniture, making it very inviting and comfortable for a variety of meetings. 

This room is accessible through the shop door and available for hire 24/7, 365 days of the year. Hire is either by the hour or half- or full days. 

$25 per hour plus Gst. 


Small Meeting Room - Downstairs

Our small meeting room is located downstairs. This room is perfect for private client meetings, video conferences etc. 

This room includes seating up to 4 people (more if necessary). 
A large whiteboard and whiteboard markers are provided. 
Tea / Coffee facilities and of course water and fresh fruit are always available in our kitchen. 


The room is tastefully decorated with plants and imagery to make it inviting and comfortable for our guests. 

This room is accessible through the upstairs coworking space. 

It is available for hire 24/7, 365 days of the year, either by the hour or half-or full days. 


$17 per hour plus Gst. 

1:1 Meeting Space

Our small 1:1 meeting room is located within our upstairs coworking facility. This room is perfect for shorter meetings in a comfortable setting. It is ideal for 1:1 meetings. 

This room includes seating up to 2 people (more if necessary). 
A small whiteboard and whiteboard markers are provided. 
Tea / Coffee facilities and of course water and fresh fruit are always available in our kitchen. 


The room is tastefully decorated with plants and imagery to make it inviting and comfortable for our guests. 

This room is accessible through the upstairs coworking space. 

It is available for hire 24/7, 365 days of the year, either by the hour or half-or full days. 


$15 per hour plus Gst.

Meraki Workspace

Is conveniently located in the heart of Cambridge, just a short stroll from amazing cafes and shops. 

There is plenty of parking available either right outside the door or just around the corner on Milicich Place. 

Our spaces are available for hire 24/7, 365 days of the week through personalised key code. 

We will always try to meet our clients' needs and requirements so please feel free to enquire if you might have a slightly "unconventional" request. We will see what we can do. 

Please note, unfortunately, we only have bathroom and kitchen facilities available upstairs which makes it unsuitable for people who are unable or might have difficulty to walk up stairs.  


As a perk, our ongoing members have access to our meeting spaces free of charge.
