All our meeting rooms include: 

  • 24/7 access, 365 days of the year availability  
  • Tea/ coffee/ water making facilities
  • Fibre High-speed secure internet 
  • Printing / scanning facility available if required 

Hire either by the hour or half / full day 

We can also support with organising catering for your meeting, too.

Small Meeting Room - Downstairs

Our small meeting room is located downstairs at Meraki Workspace and is perfect for private client meetings, video conferences etc. This room includes seating up to 4 people (more if necessary) and a small table. A whiteboard and whiteboard markers are provided. 

Self-help tea or coffee making and refreshment facilities are available in the upstairs kitchen. 

This room is accessible through the Meraki Workspace is available for hire 24/7, 365 days of the year. 

Hire is either by the hour or half or full days.


$20 /hr plus GST

1:1 Meeting Space

Our small 1:1 meeting room is located within our upstairs coworking facility. This room is perfect for shorter meetings in a comfortable setting. It is ideal for 1:1 meetings. This room includes seating up to 2 people (more if necessary). 

A small whiteboard and whiteboard markers are provided. Self-help tea or coffee making and refreshment facilities are available in the upstairs kitchen. 

The room is tastefully decorated with plants and imagery to make it inviting and comfortable for our guests.
This room is accessible through the upstairs coworking space. It is available for hire 24/7, 365 days of the year, either by the hour or half-or full days. 

$15 /hr plus GST

Meraki Workspace

Is conveniently located in the heart of Cambridge, just a short stroll from amazing cafes and shops. 

There is plenty of parking available either right outside the door or just around the corner on Milicich Place. 

Our spaces are available for hire 24/7, 365 days of the week through personalised key code. 

We will always try to meet our clients' needs and requirements so please feel free to enquire if you might have a slightly "unconventional" request. We will see what we can do. 

Please note, unfortunately, we only have bathroom and kitchen facilities available upstairs which makes it unsuitable for people who are unable or might have difficulty to walk up stairs.  

As a perk, our ongoing members have access to our meeting spaces free of charge.
